Classes

Classes for kids!

Our kids classes focus on having fun all while learning valuable martial arts lessons. Students will enhance their gross motor skills. They will learn all MMA fundamentals and techniques instilled through such arts as kickboxing, boxing, wrestling and brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Your child will learn to love having a healthy, fit lifestyle all while learning self-defense skills. Your child will be reminded about stranger safety and build a healthy positive attitude which will lead to self confidence.


Kids MMA/Kickboxing/BJJ (5 years & up)


  • The Kids MMA program is designed to be fun, motivating and technical
  • Mondays and Wednesdays your child will learn technical Kickboxing techniques involving punches, kicks, knees and elbow strikes
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays they will learn BJJ(Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) techniques which involve learning how to properly defend yourself on the ground and how to subdue an opponent on the ground using joint locks, chokeholds and positioning.

Classes for adults!

Our adult programs are designed for beginners to advanced students. We offer a wide array of martial arts classes that'll help you achieve your goals whether it be self-defense, weight loss, competition, stress relief, coordination or just looking to beat the monotony of going the gym and doing the same old boring routine of lifting weights and running on the treadmill. Come have fun getting it done and try one of our Kickboxing or BJJ classes for a free week trial. You'll be glad you did!


Fundamental Cardio Kickboxing (Coed)


  • These classes are deigned to learn the basic fundamentals of Kickboxing such as proper stance, punches, kicks, knees and elbows all performed on a heavy bag with NO physical contact with another person
  • These are also a fast paced, high intensity workout classes designed to get your heart rate up for a great fat burning, muscle toning, stress relieving workout


Kickboxing/Boxing Drills (Roufusport)


  • These classes are recommended after attending the Fundamental/Cardio classes for at least 2 weeks
  • The technical side of Kickboxing is taught in these classes as there physical contact involved with training partners in a fun and safe learning environment
  • Students will perform Kickboxing techniques on each other as well as kick pads, focus mitts and thai pads
  • Students are also belt promoted through progression in the Roufusport Kickboxing Association


Women's Only Kickboxing


  • Women's Only Kickboxing classes are designed for women only to learn the basic fundamental kickboxing techniques all performed on a heavy bag
  • No physical contact involved with other students
  • Fast paced, high intensity workout for fat burning, muscle toning and stress relief in a fun and safe environment


Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)

  • These classes are designed to learn self defense techniques to overcome bigger opponents using joint locks, choke holds and postioning
  • Students will learn both competition and real life scenario techniques
